    This building will include:
    • 14,000 m2 dedicated to companies, with office, lab and GMP enabling production areas
    • 5,000 m2 dedicated to the Euro Biotech Campus, a training institute specialized on biotechnology, that is sponsored by the European Union and the Walloon Region
    • 5,000 m2 of reception and services areas for the Biopark companies and employees
